We would like to inform you that, on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education on the documentation of the course of studies /16.09.2016 item 1554 as amended; § 9 paragraphs 2 and 3/, documents confirming the course of studies, their certified copies or extracts, which concern a student or a graduate are: issued to the student or the graduate on his/her request, are issued to an authorized person or are sent by post with a return receipt requested to a given address. The authorization in question should hold a certification of authenticity of the signature of the authorizing person issued by a higher education facility or a civil law notary. In compliance with the information given above, University of Szczecin Archive staff cannot provide information concerning the course of studies of a given person.
